A few things to know
Is access guaranteed when I apply?
No. Product teams review applications according to the campaign requirements and available spots. Track the outcome in My applications.
Does a confirmation-only application still need review?
Yes. The developer reviews every application, including those that require no additional information. Confirming does not immediately grant access.
How do I start using my access?
For redemption-code campaigns, view and copy your code in My applications, then follow the redemption instructions. For manual activation, first register a product account as instructed. The developer will update your application after granting access.
Can my application be handled after the deadline?
Yes. New applications stop at the deadline, but teams have another 7 days to handle existing requests. Unhandled requests close when capacity is reached, the team ends the campaign, or the handling period ends. Previously delivered access records are preserved.
Will I need to pay or add a credit card?
Check the terms of each opportunity. Payment, card requirements, and the exact benefit are shown before you apply.
Why do the English and Chinese catalogs differ?
Teams choose the languages their product supports and provide information for each one. A Chinese-only product appears in the Chinese catalog; bilingual products appear in both.
Do I have to leave a positive review?
No. You can recommend a product, have reservations, or not recommend it. Write about your actual experience. Your review does not change the access already delivered.
